Saturday, April 25th, from 9 AM - 5 PM EST at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center

2026 Keynote Speaker

Kate Snow

We are thrilled to share that this year’s keynote speaker for the West Virginia Homeschool Connection 2026 event on Saturday, April 25th, will be Kate Snow.

Kate is a veteran homeschool parent, classroom teacher, and curriculum writer. She is the author of Math Facts That Stick, Preschool Math at Home, and the series Math with Confidence.

She will bring her experience with teaching math, along with her impressive education as the only person to ever graduate Harvard with degrees in both Math and Elementary Teaching, to give some advice, support and encouragement with helping your kids gain lifelong confidence with math.

Workshops

Get inspired, learn new things, and be part of our community by attending the many workshops available for parents this year.

Vendor Booths

Find new curriculum, connect with local homeschool groups and activities, and make new connections with our 100 vendor booths.

Kids' Activities

We have things for kids to do, too!

Bring your children and enjoy activities together with the Zoology Zone and other local organizations.

Curriculum Swap

The Homeschool Curriculum Swap is an annual tradition at our convention. We know how overwhelming curriculum can get!

Bring your gently used curriculum and trade them for what you need or want to try out.

Career Fair

A career fair for children of all ages will be available throughout the day. Click the button to discover organizations that will be sharing information about a variety of occupations through hands-on, interactive activities.
